In 1999 Howard was asked to create 2 large 1/2" tempered etched glass panels for the Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington D.C. This was a true honor and priveledge to be asked to complete the work at The Smithsonian. Howard has also completed work for the FBI, National Science Foundation, The George Washington Masonic Temple, and the US Navy and The US Marine Corp.
